The Public Cipher Cabinet exists to preserve, organize, and lawfully illuminate matters of public interest where transparency, integrity, and public trust are at risk.
It does not campaign, advocate, or accuse. It documents.
Through disciplined record-keeping and lawful inquiry, the Cabinet ensures that facts outlast denial, patterns outlast individuals, and remain available to those vested with the authority and responsibility to act.
The record is held in trust, preserved until disclosure is warranted.
